... look very nice for the few minutes that was clear.
We checked in at the hotel which is a traditional Japanese hotel with mats and no shoes in the room. It has it's own hot spring in the basement. We went for a nice soak. The hot spring pools are segregated and no clothes are allowed.
Dinner was traditional Japanese banquet called Kaiseki. It was more of an art display than a meal. Six courses later, we were full. Sake was great. ...

This morning Fuji-san is clearly visible once again. The mountain that is known for hiding in the clouds shows himself again :-) After a nice breakfast we check out and are heading back to Lake Ashi. ... remotely looks like pink moss. It's kind of a remote area and we continue the road hoping we will all of a sudden see pink moss but we don't. We have done another bullet train today and travelled nearer to Tokyo. This afternoon we had some scrummy tempura for lunch and then went on the cruise ship around the lake.
