Hanging over night in Liberia in anticipation of a super boarder crossing in the morning... yippee one more sleep til nicaragua... :) bought a 2800 colones watch - (in a few weeks i will find out that it can even be taken diving) take that for a $5.60 watch!

Up at 4.45am to catch the one and only bus out of Monteverde! You can get shuttle buses, but they are really expensive. We had a 2 hour journey to the main highway and then we had to catch another bus to Liberia.
