Waiting in Lima is both costly and slightly monotonous. I made the decision to travel back to where I started, with Mary in tow. Traveling north without stopping to Quito would be a bus ride for about two days. Thus we decided to make the trip in between stops. The first being a little place called Huanchaco.

Huanchaco is a fisherman´s village on the coast just outside of Trujiio, but you can find here much more tourists than fishermen.
