I've made some pretty dumb mistakes in this city (like mailing a postcard with no postage, and mailing another with postage but no address..), but Centre Vincent Van Gogh was the best decision: beers are one euro each, there's an open kitchen and a pool table, and some cool people from Australia and a random guy who makes delicious Spanish rice.
