      Today was an incredible improvement from yesterday in terms of feeling comfortable. I was able just to let go and actually do some good exploring today. And, it got me ready for my trip to Paris starting tomorrow. Only downside was the frigid cold air...it was 13 degree Fahrenheit but it felt like one degree Fahrenheit. But, I have thick skin from Chicago, so I sucked it up. Granted my face felt like it was falling off... it was still a great experience.
