    Rooms were very basic and clean, but can't complain about the price - $7 each

    ... unless you really try? Wow, that was deep...sorry. But really, there is no way to ever explain the time spent together as just a couple of guys hanging out and taking it all in. As I texted to my wife, we are both very blessed with our families, work, and everything else we can cram in...great life, and thanks once again to our wives who allow us the opportunity to just become better friends, as it is so important.

    ... Our next stop we were able to do deep water solo. This is where you can climb the rocks and jump off in to the sea. B wasn't too keen, and I couldn't even get up the rope ladder, so we were a bit useless. Just swam and watched the others. We stopped at two more islands for snorkelling but I didn't go in. 2 girls came out in tears cause of jellyfish stings. B braved it and came away unscathed. Our next stop was Tup island.     ... but none would come over...but when they finally come, at least it's with a smile. They just take it easy...so if you're coming to Thailand, bring the patience with you!

    The next two days, we went on 2 tours to see Phang Nga bay, or what they call James Bond Island, and Phi Phi islands, where the "The Beach" was filmed. Two beautiful places, but unfortunately far too well covered by tours.

    ... and dropped people of at this tiny travel department. Eventually a minivan came to take us to Ko Lanta but by this stage we had already used up our three hour quota. Driving to Koh Lanta from wherever we were required more waiting as there are two ferry locations where you drive onto this little barge and then drift across the river.
