Hola! The drama continues. After about 27 hours flying, waiting, flying -we arrived sleepless in Lima to find NO RESERVATION! at the hotel Castellana.This was pre-booked and paid thru our travel agent! This is one of the few we didnt book ourselves as we wanted to be sure it would be ok as we knew how tired we´d be. All after midnight!!!!!!!!!!!...

I caught my flight back to Lima for only the day until my 00:30 flight to Santiago, Chile. Easily got a safe green taxi into Miraflores and meet up with Rommel and Ana again for the day. Visited the town and on the evening had a fantastic snack at a fruit and cake restaurant. Very nice ice creams also. I will upload some pictures of the gorgeous...

As I sit down to write this blog, I am in southern Peru and it is hailing like crazy outside. I am bundled in a beanie, scarf, and my fleece jacket and am so cozy! South America has certainly brought on some cooler weather, especially at night, and I am enjoying the change from the hot humidity of Central America and the opportunity to wear this...

Its my last full day of my travels today and Louis Armstrong´s lyrics seem quite apt to round off the past 6 and a half months.
