... met a very friendly man, named Spirro, who was fishing off the shore of one of the beaches. He had 4 lines in the water with various types of live bait to catch several different types of fish. He used a small fish to catch an octopus, then he used the guts of the octopus for bait to catch a dorado. ... Acropolis left after all these years, just a few rock walls, but the view of the bay and city of Naoussa was spectacular. We got up early the next day and packed our bags for the ferry ride to the next Greek island on our tour called Naxos. Paros was a good Greek Island to start our adventure, but it was hard to find something to do during the off season and poor weather days. We are looking forward to some more action in the larger island and city of Naxos.
