... life is brief and they should live in harmony with God and each other. Interesting way to do it.

While in Kutna Hora we also visited the beautiful St Barbara church, the huge Jesuit college, and had a great lunch of roast beef with jam and cream (yes all on the same plate together - sounds crazy but it kind of works)

We also toured the Prague Castle and saw the St Vitus Cathedral. The story goes that the Rolling Stones were here in '89 just after the end ...

I went back to the hostel and met up with Katherine, who was ready to start the night with some drinking. We headed out into the night to enjoy Pragues night life which, much like Berlin, has a reputation for going well into the morning and being a lot of fun. And it was, we went to a couple different bars and clubs and had a great time. Eventually we got back to the hostel and went to bed with hopes of getting up early to check out more of Prague. ...

Having expected Prague to be pretty much underwater, we arrived on Friday afternoon to 27 degree heat (a complete relief after other travellers warned us not to go). We started off with a walk round the old town, which has gorgeous architecture only ruined slightly by the British Stag-do's antics, where we climbed the clock tower for an incredible view of the city.
