... it up for tourism. We arrived in Voss at 8:10 and picked up tickets for our Norway in a nutshell tour. The hotel "Fleischer's" is right next to the station so we went here and put our luggage in the luggage room. We had an hour and a half so went for a walk down to the lake and sat in the sun. Took some timer photos and did a little sunbaking. There was an extreme sports festival happening in Voss so we watched them launching para gliders behind a boat in the ...

Train stopped at the last 2nd station at the top, there's a closely waterfall and let us get off the train to photograph the waterfall. Watched 2 person doing the dancing on ...

... French, and Americans all battered at our castle walls and were repulsed by strategically placed backpacks and extended legs...our own private Idaho! Once again the weather was very pleasant and the crowds really weren't that bad.

Arriving in Flam, we orient ourselves as to the location of our Hotel, the railway station and most importantly, the brew pub. You can smell the roasting hops from the time you exit the ferry. The Norwegian ...

... just make my way to the front and
soon find out they are working on the tunnel up ahead.
After 15 minutes or so of waiting we get the go ahead and off I go through
    this rather long tunnel.
Not long after coming out the tunnel I see a hotel and cabins on the right
and so I decide to chance my luck at getting a room and sure enough I did.
Not quite what I wanted as the log cabin is no more than as it says a log
cabin with shared bathrooms etc but ...
