    ... first, then a few days go by and your attitude drops because you ask yourself "how are we possibly going to do this in the states?" It seems like everyone in the group is at this stage based on the discussion we had yesterday. But she promises that we will reach a high point again soon and feel inspired to make changes back home. I'm really looking forward to feeling that way again.

    Waking up in this morning was the best decision of the weekend.
