... a thumbs up, and we pay the money. Today the guy puts in the info, shows me the screen, and it says "Arribo 17/05 07:39", right time, wrong date. Trying to explain this to him was difficult, especially since he wasn't even looking at the screen. After I eventually pointed it out, he had to call someone else to find out what was going on - he points at the departure date (which was correct), and then points at the arrival date and said "problemo"...
