When we first got there and saw the yellow walls, smelled the dampness, and felt the hard bed we weren't that impressed. However, when we moved to another guest house after seeing a few of them we couldn't wait to get back here. Good security, good kitchen facilities, free breakfast.

Cue my rant about the strong Aussie dollar... every blimin thing is …

ok so to all who have been reading my map pin comments, moaning all the time, you can now disregard them as the lovely people at travelpod have amended my map so that it now resembles a more accurate route of our travels. though one or two of the pins may still be a little wonky. anyway, my thanks to the travelpod peeps for doing that. i was …
Back to western australia...
ok. so the news is we are now in sydney and staying in the heart of backpacker country, king's cross, home too though to many a hard-working hooker, pimp, dealer, junkie, crazy person and yuppies, who just love the grime of this place! anyway, we're here now and ready to sell the van, but while we wait and wait and wait for the phone calls to …
