          Stayed in one of the private rooms. Very clean, nice breakfast, quiet, hot water, very helpful receptionist. Excellent.

          Pottered this morning and didn't leave the hostel until 10.30am. Went to an info booth and found out which tram ( 24 or 3) to catch to Podgorze to visit the Oskar Schinder Factory Museum from the movie Schindlers List. Tram tickets 2.80 PLN for 20 minutes once validated $1 AUD

          Travel day today on train and bus to Krakow in Poland which ended up taking 6 hours and I am glad the train went much faster than the ones to and from Serbia. Left the hostel at 7am and caught the tram several stops back to the Hauptbahnhoff. We had plenty of time to spare before our 8.09am train to Ostrava where we changed to the bus. We bought …

          Woke to a lovely blue sky and only getting to low 20's today - very pleasant! After getting ready I walked around the corner to find a bakery and oh my gosh was it a good one. I love Polish bakeries, I bought some bread rolls for our lunch and a yummy slice all for 7 PLN ( $ 2.24 AUD)
