Sunday 6 July 2014 Cesky Krumlov - Telc

Very warm 28C

Today we left Chesky Krumlov and headed for another (aren't they all) historic town just east called Telc,

We caught the Student Agency bus again for the 40 minute trip to Chesky Budejovic - home of Budweiser beer - but although thirsty didn't have time to find and sample the local product....

Christians and Jews lived together in Trebic until 1727 when the ruler ordered that the Jews build a separate settlement in the space between the river and the cliff face. After staying the night not too far from Trebic's town centre, we decided to walked in to take a closer look. Roamed through the main street before heading up a nearby hill overlooking the town.
