... our way back to our king David hotel where we are now resting before going to dinner downstairs at 9.30 apparently today was a fast day, so late dinner. ... Lane consisted of a few old row houses converted into various displays with a queue to see it all. Unless you were into chain mail, torture chairs or recreated period rooms, it really wasn't anything worth seeing. Time to get out!

Prague - Day 1


We lucked out on our campground…well, it's not even a campground. It's a couple's backyard, and it's the cutest thing ever. There's enough space for about 12 RVs and a few little cabins at the back. They have a small restaurant and a bed & breakfast kind of place upstairs. The couple are very nice and helpful and the site is lovely (cute house, flowers, clean facilities, fresh green grass). After a short tram ride to get nearer to old town, we spent the whole day wandering the four older parts of Prague. Prague is a fantastic city to explore on foot.
