Good people running the place, rooms are basic but they is all the amenities that you need. it is situated near the centre of town which is handy but BE WARNED! Watch out for running street battles and the arsehole doormen. If they don't like the look of you, your not getting in.

... an upgrade to Business class for at least him and I but unfortunately that didn't work out so we all struggled to get some sleep in our not so comfy economy seats (at least Angus and I were seated at the bulkhead so there was some legroom). I love visiting Singapore airport, though wish I could've popped out to see some friends there! Angus and I did a bit of shopping before having a quick bite to eat at the Qantas club.
