Good people running the place, rooms are basic but they is all the amenities that you need. it is situated near the centre of town which is handy but BE WARNED! Watch out for running street battles and the arsehole doormen. If they don't like the look of you, your not getting in.

We started driving very late so we stopped the car near ledge point and decided to drive further the next ...

... eating a Chinese banquet. Usually I feel very aware of my whiteness every week at church, but this was a whole new level. I am rather incapable of using chopsticks. I was trying so hard, but failing so miserably. At one point my friend next to me whipped up a set of "training wheels" for my chopsticks by wrapping a hair tie around the ends and sticking a piece of paper in between them. All of the adults at the table found this to be so funny and kept ...

... cancelled due to vessel mechanical problems. After a bit of researching whether to take the other ferry company, departing from Barrack st, Perth or Fremantle, we decided to pull the pin on Rottnest trip. It was just getting all too hard and the cost was going to be over $300 just for the return ferry ride, then there was a bus ticket, which would have been at least $50 or bike hire for all of us at around $130. It was too expensive ...
