... sound. -Empire state building: lined up for a very very long time then entered the building to wait in another line. I learnt that GK really does not cope well with lines. Just back from walking around the Times Square area on NYC for the last 3 hours. Checked out the shops in Times Square, Saks Fifth Avenue's Christmas windows, Broadway, the Rockefeller Centre, Radio City Music Hall, etc. The M&M shop was amazing, 3 stories tall, can get personalised M&Ms. The Hershey's shop wasn't flash. I just got back from a fabulous although cut short trip. This time with a goal, finish well the NYC Marathon.

I had said once some years ago that if I were to do a marathon this is the only 1 I wanted to do....aka dream marathon.

... the subway to Central Park. Here we hired 2 little carriages pulled by men on bikes to take us to many different famous sights. Including, the fountain from the beginning of Friends, places in Elf and things from Madagascar and Sex in the City. It was fascinating to see daily life in new york.
