... was zero to limited but we were hopefully. And boy was it worth it. The view was incredible. Even with the cloud it was still spectacular. Walked back to the hotel eating huge slices of pizza via Times Square which at midnight was a little quieter but very impressive. I walked to the Rockefeller Centre which was only about a 20 minute walk. After a 15 minute wait in a line in the the lobby, I purchase my ticket.
