    On my second day in Lviv, I set out to do the walking tour Lonely Planet outlines for the city. One of the neatest parts was High Castle.     I am glad that I was at the right place at the right time. Witnessing the independence celebration by the Ukrainians in their traditional costumes showed how much they loved their country.
