... the next 5 weeks before they get it assessed and fixed back in Melbourne.

Wendy and John (McGoo) arrived back in Perth from Broome and have asked us all for dinner. We arrived at their beautiful home just I time to see a beautiful sunset from their home. We had a great night and enjoyed their company.

Packed up the stuff in the house. The container was filled up and left.
The Saturday was spend on cleaning the house, and we managed to survive the "empty house party" with many of our friends coming along to say goodbye.

Sunday morning arrived. The day of departure. With a rumble and a lot of rain. I managed to open the tent, get the bedding in, and close the tent before the big rain came down. Phew.

... for a guy, but it worked well enough). We spent hours on the beach trying to battle these waves. And they were so patient with us! Surfing is a lot different than I thought it would be. I knew it would be difficult, but the hardest part was getting through the waves, not the actual surfing part. Which we never really got to. I've never had so many bruises in my life. ... on our left the whole way. By the time we got to Freo there were people everywhere at the festival. Acts from russia and the uk were performing street theatre and some of the acts were really quality. The markets were really interesting as we could just try out all the different types of fruit.
