... the P&O ferry which took us back to the white cliffs of Dover and back to the Motherland.

This all may have made the travel appear quite quick, however nothing could have been further from the truth.

As we arrived back in London, we couldn't believe that our tour was over. We said goodbye to some friends that we had become very fond of and headed to our new home for 5 nights at the Radisson Blu Vanderbait.

... found out that it had been the last performance of the season, as due to obvious weatherly conditions it would be inhumane to keep the performances going through the winter months. So at the end there were a couple of speeches and the actors did a dance and threw roses down to us "Groundlings" to take home with us, which was very sweet. ... regulars by name. She bounced around from table to table, keeping different conversations going and served us while maintaining control of this near chaotic environment. The waitress sort of reminded me of Becky from the show and was also a bit funny because she kept calling us darling or love. I guess if you watch Coronation Street you'll understand what I'm trying to describe, but if not you'll be completely confused.
