      ... chance is a good thing or not. I am wondering if I should at least do a little research on restaurants near our hotels and the major attractions we are going to so I have list with addresses in case we are starving at some point and can't find anything on our own. I'm probably thinking into it too much. I can tell you the one food I am most looking forward to is the gelato in Italy!
