      ... hole in the wall called MaRandys that made classic southern food. Chris ordered fried catfish and rice with cornbread, collard greens and yams. I got Fried chicken and rice with cornbread, mac n`cheese and buttered beans. Everything was delicious but it was enough to feed 4 people so we saved half of it for the next day.       ... our expectations. We did see some alligators, a couple of turtles, some vultures, otters, an ibis... not a lot going on in the swamp.
