When I arrived at the airport, it started again, people asking you for taxi and asking you for ridiculous prices. I got up fairly early to get the free breakfast but went straight back to bed to sleep some more. Today nothing was really planned as far as the tour was concerned. We had breakfast in the hotel and then got on a minibus back to the other side of the island so we could catch our boat for Ha Long.

All in all it took us around 3 hours to get back to the main land where we had lunch before getting on our coach to get back to Hanoi. Hanoi, Vietnam alexhuchet

I was woken up at around 10.30am by the cleaners so, after taking a while to emerge, I decided to go downstairs and get my laundry sorted. I went straight back to bed until 5.30pm, although I was woken up in the meantime by 2 Japanese girls who checked-in in the middle of the afternoon.

Wow, a sleep is in nice. Getting up at 11am today is so much better than 4am yesterday. Not a huge day today. I got one of the free bicylcles from the hostel to ride around for a bit.

Today is now Wed 2nd according to the computer...our stay here has been broken up with the Bay tour. We are now moving tomorrow but no idea where to go to, rock'n'roll sports' fans!!!!
