... kierroksilla hirvittävässä laumassa (joka sentään pilkottiin pienempiin laumoihin saarelle päästyä). En oikein tiedä, mitä kierroksesta sanoisin. Saari oli karu ja historia mielenkiintoihen, sieltä oli hienot näkymät Kapkaupunkiin ja Pöytävuorelle (varsinkin lauttamatkan aikana). Tarkasti aikataulutettu kierros lauman mukana olisi kuitenkin voinut olla aika piinallinen kokemus, jos oppaat eivät olisi olleet niin ...

... Town that had a majority of its residents from the black or coloured communities in the seventies. During the Apartheid regime, the government decided to remove the residents and proclaimed this region, a 'whites only area'. This was crazy, just as the whole South African history of Apartheid was crazy, but unfortunately a reality.

... werden, dann musste man sein Gepäck zusammensuchen, aufmachen, die Polizei hat alles schön durcheinander gebracht und dann durfte man wieder einladen. Das hat dann doch ne ganze Weile gedauert. Und dann ging es rüber zu den namibischen Beamten ... Und da lief für uns alles wie geschmiert. Und wir waren endlich wieder in Namibia! Dann mussten wir uns nur noch im Bus hinlegen und am Morgen würden wir in Windhoek sein :) We are coming home ...
