... not terrible the way they cooked it. We had both ordered glasses of wine but we didn't finish them (actually we didn't even come close) before we were done with our food, so we got them to give us coffee cups so we could take the wine to go, which I found hilarious.

After that went home and chilled out for a bit and I took a shower before going over to one of my friend's other friend's houses for a bit of a dinner party, which was really fun. Then bedtime!

We spent the rest of the night at the bar. They claim they close the bar at 10pm but the two bar tenders kept it open until 2am for us that night. ... told me of someone who is a waiter in the restaurant. His house was on of those storage containers I mentioned, but his car was a Toyota Corolla. When we were done, the guide showed us her house. It took was very small and hidden. She has a very small kitchen with front room. A nice tv, and a large bed. Her two younger brothers live there with her, and they basically live in a cupboard that they were able to sandwich bunk beds into. She is doing very well though, I asked how ...

... stoping off in Simon's Town to see African Penguins (an endangered species) living in their natural habitat.

At our lunch stop we were fortunate enough to see a a whale (probably a Southern Right Whale) and a seal snatch a fish from a fisherman on his boat while he was cleaning his catch!

... cheetah who had been rescued on a leash. This cheetah had a broken tail, which made her unable to hunt, so the game reserve rescued her. It was amazing seeing a cheetah so close! Then we got in the land rover and all hot blankets because it was so cold. Once we started, the first animal we saw was the springbok, which is a small member of the antelope family.
