    Youppi il fait beau ici, nous sommes campé juste devant le superbe glacier Husdon Bay avec ses deux chutes impressionantes.

    Finally back in sunny country, we are camped right in front of the superb Hudson Bay Glacier with it's twin falls, wow impressive.

    The secondary reason to go to Hyder was to go out and try to see the bears catch the salmon. I was very familiar with Katmai in Alaska, but not Hyder. The salmon were there, but the bears did not show up while we were there. It started to rain so we bailed.

    We start this morning a little slower than normal, it is after all Sunday, still it's not much of a sleep in.     Heading north from Vancouver is over 2000 miles. There are a few minor towns that have services, but mostly there are abandoned restaurants and gas stations. We drove 300-400 miles per day and stopped at a transit RV park our first night out of Vancouver.
