    So we went to a restaurant last night where people had already preordered bamboo rat 24 hours in advance, and we soon found out why.     ... the Yangshuo area, the next stop was an area of the Li River where people can while time away being punted along a section of the river. We felt that a ride on a bamboo raft down the river was a 'must do thing' while in Yangshuo.
