... it was a well-managed exhibit with artifacts that date back to one of the first kings of England. There were enormous diamonds and jewels in crowns and solid gold serving plates for special royal occasions. It made me feel like a princess just looking at the artifacts! Up early and after a quick breakfast on our way to Calais to
catch the ferry to Dover. The day was grey and misty but thanks to good
