We failed to mention that there is a second rock formation in Uluru, Kata Tjuta (pronounced kata joota) which means “many heads.” Unlike Ayres Rock which was made from silt, Kata Tjuta was a collection of rocks, also made from mountain erosion about 500 million years ago. ... a cappuccino with soy milk and a carrot cake. The last one I always wanted to try but I was affraid it would taste like ... carrot. But it didn't! I took place outside and the cake was AMAZING!!!! The lady of the bakery called : "Soy cappuccino for Nathalie? "
