So another week has passed and I'm already falling behind on the blog! Just gonna start off with last weekends debauchery, may be a struggle to keep it under 10pages! Last Friday started with an early morning finish, 7.30a.m. start for teaching then back in the house for 8.30...making gd time you would think...only to discover Matthew had managed …

Hiya it's Fran.

We arrived at Surfers Paradise on Tuesday and got picked up by Surf n Sun, the backpackers place we were staying in. This was actually the most expensive place so far in Aus (for a double) but when we checked in we weren't disappointed... We had an apartment! There was one other triple room but between the two rooms we had …

Surfers Paradise

The hostel wasn't the best but was ok. We had a private room with shared bathroom but no air conditioning, which was tough as the room got very hot. The staff were friendly and we had free internet thanks to booking with hostel world.
