... day and as time wasn't on our side and we still had a lot to see we decided to give it a miss. We strolled around the area and enjoyed the familiarity of it to our Florida holiday last year. ... and had bought one for me too. The rain didn’t stop for three hours. Sadly, all the rest of the shows were cancelled. We did manage to go a few other things, including a huge greenhouse type enclosure full of mice deer (really cute) bats, parrots and butterflies and went to look at some seriously scary snakes, including a huge python that had been found in a drain in Singapore and donated to the zoo….yikes!

... transport requirements and we were off. First stop we decided to defer to next day. Then off to cable car up to mt faber. Lovely view (but no photos sorry!) went to have a drink, it was happy hour so got 2 beers for price of one. Bargain ! ... contrast to Perth. No weirdos, no vandalism, no graffiti and everyone smelt nice. No pushing, no loud talking let alone shouting and yahooing. It was bliss. I note that they had quite a lot of security and I reckon they are not going to take any S#@t!
