... walked around the city, I started off by walking along the four mile beach but it is never ending. The view from the top end of the beach ( Hill Lookout point) was more picturesque. I walked all the way down the four mile beach and it was beautiful. Its better to do it in the morning when its not so hot. Apparently it was sting season so we were quite thankful that they provided us with sting suits. I made all the girls jealous as I was given a shiny blue one which made it a lot easier to find us in photos.

... talk. There wasn't a huge amount to do around Gosford so in the interim before moving on, I decided to spend a day and night in Sydney city centre. Well, actually, I spent the night in a very cheap hostel in the kings cross area. ... night they had a 'Country and Western' singer at happy hour. We did not attend (ya think!) but we could still hear it in our caravan. Obviously, this man's mother told him he could sing. Talk about woeful. We had to turn our music up to drown him out. We were very happy when his time was up!

We have picked up a few brochures with some touristy ideas of things to do this week but will have to see how Ray goes. He is still not good.
