... trying to get the next airline reps to understand and process our new tickets. In the end we were to split paths earlier than expected - Shenae was off on earlier flights to KL and Perth and I was to wait around for a couple hours more before heading to Sydney via KL. The most unfortunate thing was that the shopping, massaging and eating scheduled for the day in KL would have to be scrapped. As a little compensation for the nuisance of it all we were given food vouchers ...
