So our day looked like this:
- 3AM Wake up, Flight at 620am.
- DPS to KUL -- Arrive 9:15AM
- 11:30AM arrive Guesthouse
- 2:30PM -- Faiz Pick up
- 3:00PM -- Batu Caves
- 4:30PM -- Faiz show's us a killer rooftop view of the city!
- 6PM -- Faiz brings us to a Malaysian Seafood Restaurant!
- 7:45PM -- Faiz drops us off at ...
... tourist and electronics shops. We went to get a price for another lens for my camera, just for interests sake; it started pretty high and we were ready to walk out, but he wouldn't let us. By the end we bought a macro and wide-angle all in one, 3000RM cheaper than he began with and at least $3000 cheaper than at home. For $300 it was the best buy of my life, less than a weeks pay was definitely worth it - just a pity we didn't get it ...
