If im staying in Athens I always stay here it was tough to actually find the place at first but once your there its great! Safe and quiet great breakfast with any and all amenities near by in a very safe neighborhood close to the Acropolis and other historic sites, within walking distance to pretty much everything you would need to see or do in Athens!
