We've only been here a day but so far so good...staff are all helpful and friendly. Rooms are basic but are good enough to get a good nights sleep. the bar on the roof is great, themed nights including pizza night and a bbq, there is good music on and atmosphere is fun full of travellers from all over the world! they also organise tours to all sightseeing places, so far we've only done the favela tour but it was well worth it for 65 reais and if you want a safe but interesting tour of the slums. we recommend it if you want a fun time and great way to meet other travellers.
