... surrounding village looked like it was an affluent area with lots of red painted wooden houses with terraces set around a lovely lake with a fountain. It really was too hot to do anything else so we headed back to the digs and I am currently sat in the garden with a coffee. Off out tonight to a local hostelry for a beer (only £4 a pint) and some food. All in all a quiet day. Another big riding day tomorrow I believe so early night for me later Catch you all ...

... the effort to get there and the cost I'm beginning to question this. Also, I realised I had only booked 15kg baggage and was stressing whilst packing my stuff. So I left my moisturiser and shampoo and then I got to the airport and it was like 13 kg! Light as !! And everything was a breeze. I think a harsh contrast between Paris and Stockholm so far from what I have experienced. Everyone talks to you randomly, uninvitedly on the streets in Paris. I ...

After I landed in Stockholm i ment with brent, we had a quick lunch at the airport and then got on the train to Uppsala where we met with some of his classmates and went swimming at the pool there. It was fun and it was nice because one of his friends, Sinead is from Canada and I met here when we went to visit brent in Kamloops last year. The pool was awesome, we had fun on the waterslides and in the pool and then finished off by having an icecream in the sauna!
