Tongariro Apline Crossing was a fab trek to do and so this blog gets a 9/10. The hostel in Taupo however gets a 0/10 for having absolutely no bloody Christmas spirit ...

At a few points, the track went over some snow, and at the top of the mountain, the wind was really piercing, so I did actually start to get pretty cold. ... 13:00 Uhr nach Wellington aufbrechen. Denn das Wetter soll hier in National Park genauso regnerisch bleiben.

In Wellington quartiere ich mich erst mal in ein Hostel ein. Vielleicht treffe ich später dann auf John Sullivan. Ein Bekannter von Franz und Papa in Neuseeland.

So ging ein regnerischer und relaxter Tag in National Park zu Ende.

... i went there Maciej! Lol). They were all really cool guys and more importantly funny as hell. The guy from North Carolina had me in tears from laughter with the different accents he could do.

Hi everyone!

Its been awhile since my last update, so I will try and condense the highlights from the past month into one blog post..


Spring just started, and not unlike Ohio, the weather is quite unpredictable! I will leave the house on my scooter when the sun is shining, and the next minute it will start pouring down rain! Such a pain. That has happened to me a few times. Just have to bring a rain coat along and bear with it I guess. ...
