    ... through the Andes. 14k. Whooooaaaaa. The first part was so hard, my asthma was killlling me, but after the first hill, it wasn't that bad.     ... to Carlos and his Spanish, we found a taxi that was purportedly cheaper and we made our way to our hostel America Dul Sur without too much incident. They have a roaring black market trade on US dollars here. The "official exchange rate" is about 1USD- 5Arg Peso But on the black market, some of the other tourists are getting up to 12 Pesos per dollar. Our driver was a bit sneaky and managed to get some dollars out of Yas under the optimal price. Luckily we only traded a ...
