So its been a while but im alive with all kinds of adventures to write about. So on October 29th Wednesday I took my time checking out of the Hostel. I slept in a bit relaxed then finally around 11:am I was packed and out of the room. Then I went for a last stroll around the Royal Armory going in to the Mueseum one last time checking it all out. Photos from scotland! I loved Scotland, it's a lot smaller than London and more old looking, in a charming way. I spent most of my time on the Royal Mile, which is the main street for tourists. It lead down from the Edinburgh Castle. I visited the castle, where I heard a lot about Mary, Queen of Scots and her son, who would become King James VI of England. Hey everyone Arrived safely into London after a 12 hour flight from Tokyo on Thursday. Navigated ourselves to the underground very easily and made our way to Kentish Town where we stayed with Drews cousin Richie. Met Richie after he finished work and had a fun night with him showing us his local drinking spots one happening to be his closest pub the Oxford. Were up for about 36hours so slept quite well. Wow...so it's been a while since I updated!!!! It's not that I forgot, but well...I sort of just kept putting it off.  So, I will be doing about 3 updates here.  The first update is Scotland!  I was there this past week and absolutely loved it!! Arriving in Scotland we hoped an airport bus to the city and found St. Christophers just steps away from the train station where the bus dropped us off. So class this morning, discussing The Tempest, and then I met Erin and Laurie on Baker Street to go to Bath. First, we found the Barclays ATM. But the ATM wouldn't take my card. I went upstairs to speak with someone and was told that if the ATM wouldn't take the card, I'd be out of luck: to withdraw money from a teller, I would need a passport and a British driver's license. Edinburgh is everything that everyone says it is. It is stunning at Christmas time and I love that it snows here - it makes being cold worth while!! The Princess street fair is amazing and the whole place just has a happy buzz to it. My new place is kinda cool - it is right in the middle of the city.....kinda like living in George Street Sydney.
