... Small, no roads, no cars, no motorbikes. Only can get around by walking, or by boat. Basic places to stay, cheap! Okay beaches. Not a lot to do. But did I mention super cheap! People stay here a while. Best place to stay - Sawadee- Basic, but built nice! *6. Ko Phayam- near Ranong and Burma as well. Great island! No cars, just motorbikes. Pretty beaches, not too many visitors, still quiet! Great local feel to it. Very pretty, very clean. Great bar there called the Hippie Bar, ...

Our appointment with the dog trainer/saver is early- 8:30 early. Do we decided to stay in LA at a friends house overnight. A casual dinner with friends made the evening great. Tomorrow, we're off to drop off Spotty.

... and it is promising to be a very hot day again. I took a lovely photo of a Scrub Jay and a Lemonade Bush! On the way back towards the city we made a stop at Fort Rosecrans naval Cemetery. This covers acres and the grave markers are in the main small white marble and are lined in military precision. Military personnel and their families are buried here. One area said it had been a burial ground pre 1847. ...

... we were sleeping so we decided on a carpark right on the beach! Brooke and Callan were also sleeping in there van. Steph, Allana and I all slept in the back of ours which was suprisingly not to squishy. It was beautiful to jump out of the van and see the ocean. Feeling like hippies hahah. It's been sunny but not as hot as Coachella which is a bit of a shame because we want to swim in the ocean all day. We hired $12 bikes for the day to check out the sights, we rode down to ...
