This morning we started our day with Claire waking up at 6:30, and myself 7:30 to get ready in time to go downstairs and have free breakfast., at the hostel. After breakfast we had to check out of our room, because there was a mix-up at the hostel reserving rooms for a group, and guests had to rearrange rooms. The hostel stored our luggage free of …

Day One!

Getting on the airplane was exciting enough, but when we took off that is when it really hit me that I would wake up in England! I was suppose to be sleeping on the plane, but I was so excited when I had that realization sleep seemed like an impossible option... Luckily the headrest on the seat in front of you had a screen that I could play movies …

London: When I planned this trip, I was realistic and I knew that I wasn't going to be able to see everything or even probably close to something. One country a day is ******* the body. I have to get used to the time zones and jet lag could be a killer on the schedule. Fatigue is another thing, because it takes so much to carry my …

I got to London about 6:30am. Went to get my bag and headed to the tube to meet my sister. The tub was really easy and inexpensive. One way ticket to where i was going was only 5.50 euros. I ended up getting to where my sister was around 9am. Now at this time i had no clue what time it was and i was starving, We ended up grabbing lunch at the Crazy …

Great Location...Close to a lot of things. The Train station was within walking distance. The staff was really helpful. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The stairs are a little hard to manage sometimes. But it's all good. Chill out room was fun!

I loved the atmosphere and friendliness of this place. A great introduction to hostels, my first hostel experience was at the St Christopher's and I loved everybody's attitudes and the convenience of a downstairs fun allowed for a lot of great nights. I stayed in the 22 bed dorm which was really large and comfortable. The amenities are all fine and cleaned regularly. Only complaint is when I stayed in one of the smaller dorms for a night there was only one PowerPoint and it was behind somebody else's bed so very difficulty to get to and not good for sharing.

Someone slept in my bed and the reception was awfully rude to me when I walked down the block to assess the situation. I can't wait to move to the St. Christopher's Camden.
