... often and my nails are paying the price. I brought some Jamaica (pronounced ha-my-ka) which is a local drink made from dried hibiscus flowers. As there isn't much going on today I decide it's worth trying to make it. I can't understand the instructions on the back of the packet so decide to wing it, what can go wrong? I pour half the contents of the packet into a large saucepan with two spoons of sugar (as suggested by a friend) ...

... his travels, and it turns out he's doing the exact same as me, but in reverse. He has taken a year off, and is travelling the world. He's already done Asia and Europe, Canada, America, and now working his way to South America. He gave me some fantastic suggestions for my trip! ... sedate and all tops were on. Our resort was 'all inclusive' so all food, drinks etc. was included at all hours day and night.
