... often and my nails are paying the price. I brought some Jamaica (pronounced ha-my-ka) which is a local drink made from dried hibiscus flowers. As there isn't much going on today I decide it's worth trying to make it. I can't understand the instructions on the back of the packet so decide to wing it, what can go wrong? I pour half the contents of the packet into a large saucepan with two spoons of sugar (as suggested by a friend) ...

... sedate and all tops were on. Our resort was 'all inclusive' so all food, drinks etc. was included at all hours day and night.
