... Hurray! The room was LARGE, and NO SEWER smell! Finally,.....some GOOD news.

I told him that the room would be fine, and we entered the elevator to go downstairs and retrieve Kris and our luggage.

As we approached the third floor, I heard a terrible 'grinding' sound as the elevator came to a stop. The clerk began pushing,...then hitting buttons, and then a very peculiar look came across his face. Very meekly, I said,...."is everything ok?" He ...

Last night, protesters sieged the Bulgarian Parliament and the politicians couldn't leave until 4.00am. There was a strong police presence in the city today, as the protesters continued to maintain their stand and we quickly finished our meal and left a restaurant when a demonstration began to develop in ...

The square is named after writers Pencho and Petko Slaveykov, a father and soon. Statues of them can be found on a bench on the edge of the square. We wandered around some more before deciding to come home as the temperature started to dip ever so slightly as it got later in the day.
