The staff is excellent, they answer all the questions and are very kind. Had to use the phone a few times to learn I wouldn't have my pack until I get to Amaterdam. Sad story.

Clean hostel, though noisy part of town

Hostel was very clean and basic, staff was helpful and there was a post office box conveniently located in the entry way to mail postcards. One downside was how the size of the rooms, 10-bed dorm was in a fairly small room when trying to accommodate that many people. Also, be warned that this location is a great central area, easy access to a lot of great spots, but also right across from a hopping night club so if you are early to bed, early to rise, earplugs are a must.
