    ... way out to Bondi Junction on the train - probably the cleanest public transportation I have ever taken. After settling my things, we went to the market to grab some lunch and groceries. His apartment is conveniently located directly across the street from the shopping center (groceries galore and a huge mall). I must say that the market we went to put Whole Foods to shame. Australian grocery carts are also far more practical than ours in the US.

    ... a pleasant walk North that offers a great view of the famous Harbor bridge and Opera House, although we'd been on our feet a lot in the Gold Coast we were unable to resist, it's the best way to see a place. He also gave us the great tip to wait until the following day to use local transport as everything - bus, ferry, trains included - all max out at just $2.50 for the whole of Sunday!     DAY 26Siobhan and I went into Sydney to explore Chinatown, as it was Chinese New Year. It was also valentines day - more of that later.
    Sydney is a very multicultural city, similar to London, and Chinatown and the Chinese population is quite large. Opposite Chinatown is Paddy's markets, where we started the day. I wouldn't recommend it, its just full of tourist tat.

    ... scores is 9 or 10/10 it's a positive reflection on us and further down the line we can actually be subject to additional pay dependent upon the volume we get of these. We've also received our shifts "until further notice" - they're okay working early Monday to Wednesday but with later finishes on Thursday & Friday they're not ideal; we'll see what happens in the coming weeks though, hopefully they'll be flexible!
