nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Across the road from the diving school and close to the wharf. A restaurant either side. The Scuba Junkie cafe serves good meals. A reasonable breakfast is included.
Overcharged for bus fare to Lahad Datu though - more than 50%. That was a shock. Don't be lazy - walk to the bus station and buy bus tickets yourself.

scuba junkie has resort in Mabul Island. we stayed in the luxury private ensuite room. it's very comfortable and clean. thought it's a bit expensive, but all 3 meals are included. food changes everyday, and very tasty. tea refreshment is also provided. a comfortable place to stay after diving!!
