... a lot of it, it was just **** that it was like 11pm and we were cleaning. But the windows were much better, double glazed etc. The landlord clearly did not think to cover our things with sheets which was just idiotic! (She really is an idiot). But at least the windows were better.

I finally emailed him only to find out that he had left me a message on Facebook saying that he could not make it due to a minor medical emergency, which thankfully turned out to be not as bad as expected. Even if I had thought to check Facebook for messages, I could not have as I cannot connect to wifi without a local mobile phone number. Very frustrating. ... walkway with a seat all the way around. If you stand on one side and whisper into the wall this can be heard on the other side of the gallery. This is a very large space and the effect is incredible. Lots of fun. The boys and Ro had a conversation on either side of the gallery, before we were inundated with French students. Travelling overseas with school seems to be quite common.
