... rain. We were enroute to the ferrovia for our train back to Feltre so needed to keep going. Nobody was getting off the vaporettos, so more and more wet people kept squeezing on. When one of the vents leaked, the lady underneath just got wet. When the ferry lurched to avoid a gondola, water ran off the flat roof onto those lined up along the side! Those not soaked laughed. ... t going right. At one point he said he couldn't ship our stuff because the US wasn't on his list. We asked him if he knew where the mailboxes etc was and he said the store just down the road. I said thank you and as we left I think he said goodbye in Hindi. So we had a few different languages going on.
