... very well maintained and there were many signs placed strategically which made finding our way very nice.

The hotel we stayed at was NICE!!! We stayed in the Orange Colom Seaside Apartments. We had a nice apartment with a long balcony overlooking the ocean. What a beautiful view from our apartment! We could see the famous lighthouse that is still in use.

Last day... Despite not being at school, I think we had to get up even earlier today! We met with Lisa and Andrea and took a taxi to Santa Ponsa to meet John. From there, we began our boat trip to the island of Dragonera, near the north west coast of Majorca. Last day at school... And thankfully Javier made it quite fun! We practised telephone conversations and played Taboo in Spanish which I think was a very useful way of practicing what we had learnt - and was good fun (no Lucking cheating tactics allowed!). At the end of the lesson, I was handed my certificate -140 hours of lessons! My progress is apparently just higher than a GCSE in Spanish - so nowhere near fluent, but not bad for 7 ...

... day as a lot of seaweed had blown in and made the water look a bit black! It was still good for swimming and the waves made it fun. We didn't explore too far from where we parked the car... Which might not have been such a bad idea, as apparently various parts of the beach are for different "customers"...
